By accessing or using Good Morning (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Good Morning is a mobile application that allows users to send personalized affirmations and love notes to their partner via SMS. Messages are delivered through Twilio's messaging infrastructure.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You agree not to use the Service to send harassing, threatening, or inappropriate content
• You must have consent from the recipient to send them messages

Subscription & Billing

Good Morning offers both free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Refund policies are governed by the respective platform.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GM Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
